1. In order to fulfill the conversion of Chimimport AD Preferred Shares, ISIN BG1200001094 into Chimimport AD Ordinary Shares, ISIN BG1100046066, the Holder of the Preferred Shares shall fill in and submit through the Investment Intermediary, with which the customer’s account for preferred shares is kept,  the Conversion Notice according  to  the  form attached and all the necessary supporting documentation as described in the Appendix to the Notice.

2. Immediately after the acceptance and processing of the Conversion Notice, the Investment Intermediary shall send a scanned copy of the notice, including all documents enclosed, via e-mail to TCMOOrigination@unicreditbulbank.bg or via Fax to (359 2) 923 20 63.

3. The original of the Conversion Notice, filled in and signed by the Holder of the Preferred Shares and duly certified by the Investment Intermediary, including all documentation enclosed, shall be submitted every working day during the conversion period at the premises of UniCredit Bulbank AD (Conversion Agent) at the following address: 1000 Sofia, 6 Vistosha Blvd., floor 2, Markets - Trading and Sales Division, Capital Market Origination Unit from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Contact Persons: Yolanda Hristova, Georgi Chanev; Phone Numbers: (359 2) 9320 150 and (359 2) 9320 152.

4. The Original documentation shall be submitted to the Conversion Agent within 5 (five) working days from sending the conversion documents via e-mail/fax.  

5. The Conversion Agent, in cooperation with the respective Investment Intermediary, shall organise the submission to the Central Depository of all data, documents and/or messages with a view to the conversion’s registration.
