One of the largest companies on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - “Chimimport” AD (JSC), will distribute over 21 million BGN in the form of dividends to its shareholders. This becomes clear from the materials for the upcoming general meeting on the 27th of June 2017.
Each one of the shareholders of the company will receive 0,054 BGN per every ordinary share, which is by 20% more than last year’s dividend. This way the total distributed sum will be exactly 12 940 898 BGN.
A company managed to propel the entire Bulgarian Stock Exchange upwars.
The news of the distribution of dividends roused the optimism of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
A higher dividend “Chimimport” AD (JSC) will pay to the owners of preference shares - 0,0921 BGN per share. The sum, allocated for them is in the amount of 8 175 778 BGN. In this way the total dividend that the company will distribute to its shareholders is reaching 21 116 676 BGN.
The remainder of the positive financial result of the company for 2016, which is in the amount of 33 747 554 BGN shall be credited as retained earnings.
